Berthoud

Berthoud combines a historic downtown with newer golf-course neighborhoods and rural acreage on the edge of town. Larger lots call for master planning: deciding where the outdoor living happens, where the planting concentrates, and where a low-water, low-maintenance treatment makes more sense than lawn.

Open Berthoud sites get wind and full sun, so we design windbreaks, shade placement, and drought-tolerant plant palettes that hold up without constant care. Irrigation is planned zone by zone to keep water use in check across a large property.

From a Heron Lakes backyard to a downtown Berthoud renovation, every project receives a site assessment, concept plan, and full drawings with 3D visualizations.
